At Luvidora™, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging, the product must not be opened.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care products

⚠️ Do not ship any product back without receiving our instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, please contact us at luvidora.help@hotmail.com.
Shipping Information
- Orders above $20 qualify for FREE shipping.
- Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days, though occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For returns valued over $40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
